For the successful Systems Developer our client is offering;
- Competitive salary of up to £48,000 per annum D.O.E
- Monday- Thursday 08:30-17:00 and Fridays 08:30- 16:30
- Permanent position

The Role of the Systems Developer;
- Design, create and implement systems solutions to business needs
- Analyse and re-design existing business processes to ensure efficiency
- Work within a team to create and enhance technical and systems solutions
- Integrating systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems.
- Maintaining and supporting databases, systems, and platforms.
- Continuous improvement to ensure that processes and systems are optimised.
- Involvement with web development solutions
- Developing, updating, and maintaining technical documentation
- Other ad hoc duties, including specialised reporting.
What our client is looking for in a Systems Developer;
- Proven work experience as a systems developer or similar role
- Experience of end-to-end process improvements and design - ESSENTIAL
- In-depth understanding of relational databases, including Microsoft SQL server
- In-depth understanding of programming languages - ESSENTIAL
- Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases
- Knowledge of front and back-end web systems- ESSENTIAL
- Ability to adapt to change and respond to emerging business requirements- ESSENTIAL
- The ability to think logically, problem solve and work well both independently and in a team- ESSENTIAL
- The ability to interact with stakeholders to establish what the problem is and manage expectations- ESSENTIAL
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment- DESIRABLE
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science- DESIRABLE
