What You Will Do:

• Lead the evaluation and improvement of testing processes across a range of products, enhancing quality and reliability.
• Maintain and manage comprehensive test documentation, ensuring standards are met with accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and upgrading of all test equipment.
• Apply your industry experience to develop tailored testing strategies and solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to align on testing priorities and objectives.
• Provide training and support, developing materials and sessions to educate on best testing practices.

What You Will Bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies including leak, pressure and airflow testing.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly.
• An understanding of electrical systems.
