Schools in Telford need a compassionate, patient, and empathetic individual with a passion for supporting students with SEN. Hays Education are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work in mainstream Primary schools around Telford and the surrounding areas. You will be working on a 1 to 1 basis or in small groups, providing tailored support to meet each student's unique needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and understanding for students with SEN.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to support each student's development.
  • Demonstrate patience and understanding in challenging situations.
