We are seeking a confident, dedicated, and passionate Class Teacher to join their supportive and nurturing team.?? About the Role:This is a full-time, term-time only position, ideal for someone with a genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalised learning experiences to pupils with varying abilities, often working closely with support staff and other professionals.Your responsibilities will include:- Planning, preparing, and delivering differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils- Creating a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages learning and development- Supporting pupils with a wide range of needs, including communication difficulties, sensory processing issues, and complex behaviours- Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, Therapists, and SENCOs to implement EHCPs and tailor learning strategies- Providing emotional support and promoting positive behaviour, using de-escalation techniques and trauma-informed approaches- Monitoring pupil progress and maintaining accurate records in line with school policies- Attending regular staff meetings, training, and contributing to the wider school communityWhat We're Looking For:- We welcome applications from Qualified Teachers with experience in SEN or mainstream education (Primary or Secondary), who are eager to transition into a specialist setting.The ideal candidate will:- Be patient, understanding, and adaptable to meet the ever-changing needs of the pupils- Have a nurturing and empathetic approach, building trusting relationships with students- Be confident in managing behaviour positively and maintaining a calm and consistent presence- Understand the importance of differentiation and inclusive practices- Be resilient, solution-focused, and passionate about making a difference in young people's lives- Work effectively as part of a team, showing strong communication and interpersonal skillsThis role is incredibly rewarding for the right person - you'll be part of a team that truly changes lives every day.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
