Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Sales Professional on behalf of our client based in Hortonwood, Telford.
Our client are entering the next exciting phase of their journey meaning they are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join their dynamic team. If thats you, youll be able to develop long standing relationships with clients, have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the furniture and workspace solutions industry, ideally with experience in the education sector. As a Sales Professional, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding the customer base by developing relationships with a clearly defined customer base.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE + Commission + Car + Fuel, Phone, Laptop, Pension)
Duties include but not limited to:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present and demonstrate our products to clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or workspace solutions industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
