MIG Welder

Location: Telford, Shropshire

Salary: £13.5 - £14.5 per hour+ Overtime + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time, 39 hours per week

The Client:

Our client is a well-established manufacturer firm, offering a wide array of services including laser cutting, tubular laser cutting, CNC punching, and precision sheet metal work.

The Role:

As a MIG / TIGWelder, you will interpret engineering drawings and perform advanced welding on materials of varying thicknesses.

Requirements:

Previously worked as a MIG Welder, TIG Welder or in a similar role.
Experience in arc welding.
Background in handling materials of diverse thicknesses.
Capable to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Worked with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel and sheet metal.
Skilled in MIG welding or TIG welding.
At least 2 years of fabricating experience would be preferred.
Welding certification / welding qualifications, or AWS certification, qualified by relevant experience would be beneficial.

Shifts:

Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Friday: 7:30am - 1:30pm
