Our client Based on the Outskirts of the Telford is looking to recruit a Skilled TIG Welder. This is a permanent role in a growing, friendly and supportive Engineering company. This company produces a range of components for niche sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TIG Welding and will be comfortable welding with aluminium and stainless steel.
TIG Welder Details and requirements
- Time served Welding Experience.
- Experience with Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) Welding
- An ability to read customer drawings and interpret customer requirements is essential.
- Some use of measuring equipment required and the ability to adjust weld settings
- Experience working with Aluminium and Stainless-steel Experience
- Experience Fitting is advantageous
- To Follow Weld procedures.
- Working independently or as part of a team.
- Able to work from detailed engineering drawings
- Working to Tight Tolerances
- Strong attention to detail
- To ensure the cleanliness of the Welding area.
Tig Welder Job details
- £15.50 per hour
- Permanent
- 39 hour week
- Days based role Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times/ early finish Friday
- Overtime paid at a premium x1.5
- Pension scheme
- Training
