Welder Fabricators required in Telford, Shropshire!!!

Are you a skilled Welder Fabricator looking for an exciting new opportunity in Telford, Shropshire?

Due to a full order book we are looking to recruit experienced Welder Fabricators who have previous MIG and/or TIG Welding experience, with immediate starts available for the right candidates.

Starting rates of pay will be between £14.00 - £14.50 per hour (dependant on experience), with overtime opportunities available and paid at T1/3 in the week, T1/2 Saturday and double time Sunday.

This is working a permanent day shift Monday to Friday (39 hours per week).

What You Will Do:

Set up components for the welding process as per specifications, ensuring high-quality results.
Select the correct equipment and method based on project requirements, using your knowledge of fabrication.
Employ mechanised systems and techniques such as MIG and TIG, adapting to various materials.
Perform welding in vertical, flat, and overhead positions, demonstrating your versatility and skill.
Adhere to all safety procedures, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Inspect materials in need of welding, maintain equipment, and monitor the welding process to ensure the highest standards.

What You Will Bring:

Proven competence in TIG welding aluminium and MIG welding aluminium and steel.
Experience or knowledge of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with tools and machinery such as Kingsland's, drill press, band saws, and cut off saws.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to use initiative.
A team player attitude with effective communication skills and a flexible approach to work.
