Job description

We require a Production Operative Trainee to start near Henstridge for ongoing work starting next week, who has the drive and motivation to learn new skills and grow their trade within a business. You can also be trained to also be a forklift driver for free. Brilliant opportunity to build a career with a very respected client. Straight permanent client

Salary: £18,00-£21,000per annum
Location: Henstridge, Sommerset

Shift Available

14:00 PM to 22:00 PM (AFTERNOON) £18,000

(Monday - Friday)

Job Role:

Operating a selection of manual and CNC based machinery for metal processing
Processing steel to customers' requirements and tolerances. Working within the company's quality system to ensure the full traceability of customer orders
Understanding how to read drawings, orders and following verbal instructions, being available to train others in this area
Operate forklifts, Combilifts and the crane safely and in a controlled manner
Ensuring daily checks are performed on your equipment, crane and forklift/Combilift, these are to be carried out before you start your shift

Successful candidates must have experience:

Driving Licence ideally to get easily to site
