Additional info
The number of people is around 16., distributed around a wide floor area. There are around 6 or 7 departments containing those people, so mobility, juggling, keeping things connected is more the task.
There is little paperwork. There are working documents to distribute & collect, a few simple forms to fill. There is no real computer work other that reading emails.
In practice this wants to be very much shop floor oriented - minimal office time apart from occasional meetings/discussions.
