With no day ever being the same the Logistics Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate and train team members
Manage, control and maintain records of stocks and stock movement.
Planning the logistics operation for the site
Manage tendering and contract negotiations with contractors
Reducing internal & external costs
Monitoring KPIs - looking into areas to improve and make the site more efficient

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Experience within a logistics / manufacturing organisation
Strong communication experience
Man management experience
Strong continuous improvement knowledge
IT literate
Experience working with warehouse systems and export requirements
