Head Chef - Required Urgently in Tenterden, Kent
We are currently looking for a Head Chef on a permanent basis to work for our busy client based in Tenterden.
The shift will be 1200 - 2000 (Weds-Sat & 1200-1600 on Sunday).
They are currently very busy and so are looking for a candidate to join them on a permanent basis asap.
Job Role:
Head chef for a growing/expanding business, looking for a professional to come in and hit the ground running. the right candidate will have the ability to play around with a new menu with focus on pizzas, burgers, Sunday lunches etc etc.
Will be responsible for prep, ingredient orders and budget run.
Around 100 covers over the weekend and around 50 during the weekdays, this is expected to increase as the site expands.
Location is Tenterden, Kent
You will be working Wednesday to Saturday 12pm - 8pm and Sunday 12pm - 4pm
Salary £32,000

Previous experience is essential
Due to location own transport is essential as no public transport available.
