Insurance Administrator

Are you eager to kickstart your career in Insurance? If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Our client, a leading national company specializing in multiple areas of Insurance, is searching for a proactive and enthusiastic Administrator to join their dynamic team.

You’ll receive comprehensive training and even have the chance to work towards CII qualifications, paving the way for your future success!

Duties include:

  • Maintain positive relationships with customers by handling inbound calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff, welcoming office visitors, and contacting clients to assist with their needs, such as scheduling review appointments
  • Efficiently manage inventory, including ordering business supplies and marketing materials.
  • Oversee the smooth flow of both incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Ensure accurate administration of credit control processes, including processing customer payments and handling refund requests within required timelines.
  • General administration

To be considered for this role, you must have/be:

  • A desire to begin a career within Insurance/financial services
  • Previous experience within an office environment
  • Ability to work well in a team and use initiative
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • A meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ideally educated to degree level (or equivalent)
