Site Manager

A Major UK house builder who prides themselves on delivering high quality and desirable new homes are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to lead the on-site delivery of a new residential development in a picturesque village in Kent.

About the role

This is an opportunity to join a new development of 40 units from the beginning and really put your name on it. You will be responsible for managing the programme and subcontractors on site, managing H&S, weekly reporting and delivering high quality homes with first class customer service.

Requirements for the Site Manager

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the house building industry
  • Experience running housing projects from start to finish
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to hit targets and deliver units to programme
  • Knowledge of NHBC or LABC guidelines
