A service organisation based in Tetbury (hybrid) is currently recruiting a Financial Controller to join their team.

- Manage and mentor a team
- Develop and maintain ongoing process improvements within the department
- Build relationships and work closely with non-finance department managers
- Oversee and report on month end, providing commentary and analysis
- Assist with year end audit and statutory accounts
- Budget setting and forecasting
- Develop financial analysis and modelling on all areas of the business
- Assist Directors with business plan based upon financial performance
The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and have held a similar senior position within a finance team previously.
