Who will you be joining?

Collab Talent Solutions is excited to be partnered with an interesting medium sized business near Tetbury to recruit a Management Accountant on a full time, permanent basis. The business is well established with an excellent reputation for it's high quality products, and this role will provide key support to the leadership team and insights into business performance.

What will you be doing?

You'll be working closely with the Financial Controller with personal responsibility for producing the monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, stock reconciliations, and various analytical reporting.

Additionally, you'll support with subsidiary company financial reporting, ad-hoc reporting, annual audit preparation, data analysis, and partnering with senior non-finance stakeholders.

Why would you be a good fit?

You'll be an experienced accountant (QBE, part-qualified, or qualified) with experience preparing monthly management accounts in a small-medium sized business.

Ideally you'll have supported a Finance Manager, Controller, or Director within a sub-£50m turnover manufacturing or FMCG business and understand the nuances of the industry.

You'll need strong Excel and data analysis skills, with the proven ability to translate financial data clearly - this will be crucial to the analytical and business partnering elements of the role.

What's in it for you?

This is a full-time, permanent position (9am - 5:30pm) and due to the nature of the business is full office based at their countryside offices.

You'll be remunerated with a starting annual salary of between £40,000 - £50,000 DOE plus a suite of benefits.
