Juice is delighted to be partnering with a business in Tetbury, as they search for a Business Support Administrator to join their team.

This company produces and delivers hand-crafted and bespoke projects for its clients, taking pride in exceptional service and sustainable practices.

In this role, you will work across the sales, operations, and finance functions, providing integral administrative support and delivering outstanding service to customers.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Assist in the preparation and modification of sales proposals and contracts.
  • Provide estimates and quotations, liaising with both customers and internal teams.
  • Organise and maintain project documentation, including reports, plans, and correspondence.
  • Record workers' hours, holidays, and absences.
  • Update insurance renewals.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial tracking for projects.
  • Monitor expenditures and prepare financial reports.
  • Support with ad-hoc projects.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a varied office administration role.
  • A solid understanding of sales processes and financial principles.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Proactive and a keen problem solver.
  • Someone who can work on their own initiative and confident running with a project.
