Part Time Accounts Administrator required for private Estate office, located near Tetbury, Gloucestershire.
The successful person will be required to work 12 hours a week over 2 days.

Role
To undertake all tasks connected with bookkeeping and basic financial functions of the Estate (including the domestic household). You will be required to take ownership of all day-to-day accounting tasks and to lend support with office administration where necessary.
Key responsibilities
- Entry of purchase and sales invoices
- Entry and reconciliation of customer and supplier payments and receipts
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Accounts payable
- Payroll-monthly payroll & pension submissions. Annual P11D & P60's
- VAT quarterly returns including partial exemptions
- Monitoring cashflow across multiple accounts
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Preparation of management accounts for all Estate enterprises
- Ongoing liaison with accountants for the purpose of completing tax returns and year end accounts
- Budget management
- Support with day-to-day office administration
Personal Specification
- A solid working knowledge of accounting procedures
- Qualified to a minimum of AAT level or similar
- Previous experience and working knowledge of Xero software package is highly desirable
- Team player with a positive attitude to change, who thrives within a busy supportive team environment
- Polite, well presented and easy to get along with
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Good IT skills (must have strong MS office especially excel)
- Comfortable taking ownership and being proactive
A car driver essential with own transport as the property is not served by public transport
