Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor (Part-Time)
Location: Tetbury and surrounds
Contract Details: Permanent, Part-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 6.30 am or 7.30 am to 9.30 am, Fridays: 6.30am to 1 pm/ 2pm (flexibility required)
Salary: £15 per hour

They are now seeking a motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join their team and oversee the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, ensuring effective performance and adherence to high standards
- Plan and allocate work schedules, taking into account client requirements and staff availability
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional cleaning standards
- Train new and existing staff on best practises, cleaning techniques, and safety procedures
- Manage stock levels, cleaning supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Handle client queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Monitor and report any health and safety concerns or issues
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and staff
- Solid understanding of cleaning processes, products, and equipment
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel to clients' locations
