Contract Details: Permanent, Part-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 6.30 am or 7.30 am to 9.30 am, Fridays: 6.30am to 1 pm/ 2pm (flexibility required)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, ensuring effective performance and adherence to high standards
  • Plan and allocate work schedules, taking into account client requirements and staff availability
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional cleaning standards
  • Train new and existing staff on best practises, cleaning techniques, and safety procedures
  • Manage stock levels, cleaning supplies, and equipment maintenance
  • Handle client queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
  • Monitor and report any health and safety concerns or issues

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and staff
  • Solid understanding of cleaning processes, products, and equipment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel to clients' locations
