We are seeking a Cleaner with a strong work ethic and a professional, customer-facing personality to oversee various cleaning assignments. This role is ideal for someone with experience in high-end environments, such as hospitality venues, offices, and upmarket student accommodations. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently, and demonstrate flexibility in their working hours.
Day to day of the role:- Oversee and carry out cleaning tasks across multiple locations with a focus on maintaining high standards.
- Ensure all cleaning activities are completed efficiently and to a high standard, without delay.
- Manage a variety of assignments, adapting to the needs of high-end clients.
- Engage with customers professionally, ensuring a positive representation of the service.
- Coordinate with the team to handle the busiest days, especially Fridays, with longer working hours.
- Be open to working additional hours through other contracts for evening shifts if desired.
- Start early mornings around 6:30-7am for approximately 3 hours, with flexibility for longer days.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
- Experience working in hospitality, office, or high-end residential environments.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility in working hours and assignments.
- Ability to drive to various locations as needed.
- Must be able to pass a DBS check.
- Competitive hourly rate of £15.
- Flexible working approach with a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential to increase up to 30 hours.
- Opportunity for a permanent position after a 12-week temporary period.
