As Assistant Treatment Manager, you'll work closely with the Treatment Manager to lead a team of 20+ therapists, overseeing daily operations while maintaining the highest standards in treatments and guest experiences. Your Role Includes:
- Delivering high-quality spa treatments and setting standards for the team.
- Overseeing daily operations, including team briefings, managing absences, and ensuring smooth workflows.
- Supporting the Treatment Manager in motivating, inspiring, and developing the team to achieve excellence.
- Conducting training sessions to enhance team skills and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Managing stock control processes, ordering, and achieving GP targets.
- Working towards treatment revenue and retail sales targets while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Conducting appraisals, ensuring team welfare, and encouraging professional growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist with leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for stock and operations management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests and team members.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work weekends and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
