I amlooking for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Manager to join a growing team at an award-winning multi service provider. As a Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and managing a team of 5-8 cleaners, depending on the store location. Your role is crucial in ensuring our store maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of 5-8 cleaners, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and routines.
  • Ensuring all cleaning is done accordingly and timely to high standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Address any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
  • Coordinate with store management to address specific cleaning needs or concerns.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
