- Conduct pre-event inspections of all meeting rooms and show offices.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and processes.
- Complete all auditorchecks and resolve issues within acceptable time frames.
- Manage the accident book and report all incidents, accidents, and near misses.
- Review and update emergency evacuation procedures.
- Monitor contractors to ensure their working practices align with policies.
- Positive, pleasant, and professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience in hospitality and handling customer service requests.
- Strong organisationaland communication skills.
- Ability to prioritiseworkload and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
