Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service experience to all stakeholders.
  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors at the centre.
  • Proactively seek feedback and resolve customer queries at first touch.
  • Manage centre standards to the highest level.
  • Conduct pre-event inspections of all meeting rooms and show offices.
Health & Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and processes.
  • Complete all auditorchecks and resolve issues within acceptable time frames.
  • Manage the accident book and report all incidents, accidents, and near misses.
  • Review and update emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Monitor contractors to ensure their working practices align with policies.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Positive, pleasant, and professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience in hospitality and handling customer service requests.
  • Strong organisationaland communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritiseworkload and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and a keen interest in delivering great experiences.
