Recruitment Administrator

Location: Fulbourn (Hybrid: initially 3 days office based per week and 2 days remote)
Pay Rate: 13.57 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 (occasional 16:30 finish on interview days)

About the Role:
Join NHS England as a Recruitment Administrator to support recruitment for postgraduate training programmes in dentistry, medicine, healthcare science, and pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage longlisting, shortlisting, and interview planning/delivery.
  • Administer interviews via Microsoft Teams and Qpercom VIDS.
  • Prepare interview materials (Excel spreadsheets, email communications).

Key Skills:

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams (training provided for in-house systems).
  • Strong customer focus and professionalism when working with stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle data accurately and comply with GDPR regulations.
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting workloads and priorities.
