Security Supervisor

Job Title: Security Supervisor

Location: CAMBRIDGE

Salary: 14.96 per hour

Working Hours: Average 42 hours per week, working 4 on / 4 off, nights and weekends (19:00 - 07:00 with a 1-hour paid break)

• Supervise security staff during shifts, ensuring adherence to protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular security patrols to deter criminal activity.
• Control access and egress points effectively.
• Monitor security systems and respond promptly to alarms or incidents.
• Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively via security radio operations.
• Understand fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures.
• Manage emergency situations efficiently.

• Current and active SIA licence (either Security Guard, Door Supervisor, or Close Protection).
• Valid full UK manual driving licence.
• At least 1 year's experience in the security sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management and ability to plan workload effectively.
