Your Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesFinance Support
- Streamline expense management and credit card transactions.
- Reconcile invoices and maintain accurate financial records in Sage.
- Oversee seamless HR and project management reconciliations.
- Manage purchase orders and organize travel and accommodation bookings.
Project Support
- Facilitate timesheet submissions and approvals for employees and contractors.
- Maintain project management systems and ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve scheduling and reporting discrepancies.
- Generate and distribute essential business and project reports.
Office Support
- Be the face of the office on-site Fridays and during holiday cover.
- Oversee office supply procurement and materials preparation.
- Manage health and safety compliance while escorting on-site suppliers.
What We’re Looking For
If you’re a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you. Ideal candidates will have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Time management skills to balance deadlines and priorities.
- Experience with accounting software like Sage (desirable).
Additional Requirements
To join our team, you’ll need to meet eligibility for Security Clearance, including full British nationality and residency in the UK for at least five years.
