Account ManagerTewksbury area£28-£30k + commissionFantastic environment!Great benefits!This role will work closely with the client and consultancy team to service existing key accounts through building relationships with clients and lead handling. It will also offer opportunities to identify cross/up-selling for other products.???????Roles and Responsibilities • Management and growth of portfolio using various sources including calls, emails, social media platforms and face to face meetings with a view in increasing GWP in all revenue streams• Carrying out training sessions on software platforms for consultations, compliance teams and c-suite within portfolio• Ensuring visibility of client collateral and candidate onboarding to increase and maximise all revenue streams• Being able to identify and maximise opportunities for upselling withing existing portfolio• Answering queries from clients and customers as appropriate• Working with appropriate stakeholders to drive sales initiatives and review as necessarySkills and Experience
- Experience within a sales driven role would be highly advantageous
- High levels of interpersonal skills
- Proactivity and tenacious and the ability to overcome barriers
- Attention to detail
- Organisation skills are key as this role will be managing multiple stakeholders
