What Youll Be Doing
- As aCommercial Sales Agent, youll be handling mostly inbound enquiries and turning them intohappy customers!Your mission?Maximise sales opportunitieswhile providing top-notch customer service.
- Engage with potential new customersand help them find the perfect insurance policy
- Follow up on quotesand close deals like a pro
- Hit and exceedyour sales targets and KPIs
- Stay organisedwith a strong sales pipeline to keep those deals rolling in
- Learn and masterthe companys full suite of products (with full training!)
What Were Looking For
- Sales superstarwith experience in insurance or a similar industry (preferred)
- Proven track record inhitting targetsand smashing KPIs
- Apositive, driven, and adaptablemindset
- Ability toprioritise and organisetasks efficiently
- StrongMicrosoft Officeskills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team playerwho also thrives on individual success
- Willingness to work towards aCert CII qualification(a bonus but not essential!)
