Day-to-day of the role:
  • Set up, clean down, and operate filling machinery.
  • Maintain quality and food safety standards in all processes.
  • Pack finished products, preparing them for distribution.
  • Follow company health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Report any issues promptly to supervisory staff.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail for accuracy and precision.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Positive attitude with high commitment and motivation levels.
  • Ability to work flexibly under varying shift patterns.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
  • Capable of managing fast-paced production lines.
  • Ability to achieve Level 2 Food Safety certification.
  • Previous experience in a dairy or food production setting is desirable.
  • Familiarity with food production, hygiene, and safety procedures is advantageous.
