CRM ANALYST| HYBRID WORKING | LADIES WEAR BRAND | 45K - 50K | GLOUCESTER

Zachary Daniels Recruitment are partnered with a much loved lifestyle brand who are seeking a dynamic and analytical CRM Analyst to join the team. This role is crucial for driving the customer relationship management strategies and ensuring personalised and effective communication across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience with CRM systems (Bloomreach is highly advantageous), and a passion for enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities in the position of CRM Analyst will include:

  • Analyse customer data to develop insights and strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Manage and optimise the CRM platform to ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and efficient campaign execution.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and other channels.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure cohesive customer communication strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and data analytics.

To be considered for the position of CRM Analyst, you will offer the following:

  • 5+ years in a CRM analyst or similar role, preferably within a retail or lifestyle brand.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
