Our client, a non-profit organisation who pride themselves on their company values and services, have an exciting new position for a confident and dynamic individual to join their team. This will be on a full time, permanent basis from their offices in Tewkesbury.

Your main responsibility will be to identify and develop new business opportunities. This will involve building and nurturing relationships with potential businesses whilst understanding their needs to best align the services available to them.

This is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing and driven individual to join an ever-growing team where you will bring an energetic nature and a drive to succeed. You must demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills and would ideally come from a busy sales or customer focused environment.

Responsibilities:

-Provide sales support, offering help and guidance in an efficient and positive way

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research

-Research potential clients, generate leads and build successful relationships

-Maintain a sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance

-Utilise the CRM database and Microsoft Office packages to support administrative processes

-Support others internally and externally in delivering the aims of the business

-Suggest improvements to the process from collating customer feedback

-Regularly report on business development activities and sales performance

Candidate Attributes:

-Previous experience within a customer focussed environment

-Ability to promote the organisation in a friendly way

-Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

-Strong use of use of MS Office, with an ability to learn to use a bespoke database

-Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload

Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week
