Job Title: CNC Machinist

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit three new CNC Machinists to join our expanding team.
Are you a skilled CNC Machinist looking to join a world-class manufacturing team? Colt Precision, a leading subcontractor in the medical industry, specializes in the production of high-precision medical instruments. We are seeking dedicated and experienced CNC Machinists to contribute to our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision medical components.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure products meet exacting quality standards.
- Monitor machine operations, making necessary adjustments to maintain precision.
- Perform quality checks using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes and efficiency.
About you:
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, ideally in the medical or precision engineering industry.
- Previous experience with Fanuc or Heidenhain controls.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings.
- Ability to work with tight tolerances and high-quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Requirements:
- Previous experience in setting and operating Doosan machines.
- Previous experience in setting Star CNC machines.
- Experience with Fusion 360.
