Job Title: CNC MULTI AXIS MILLER

Shift: 38 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 14:00 – 00:00

Rate: £41,250 - £47,500 p/a (This rate includes shift allowance)

The Job

  • Setting, operating and programming CNC milling machines to include 3, 4 and 5 Axis
  • Engineering qualification from City and Guilds / HNC or similar
  • Speeds and feeds for different raw materials; controls; programming; safety and tooling
  • FANUC / Mazatrol control language would be preferable
  • Lean Manufacturing
  • CMM inspection and measuring would be an advantage

Requirements

  • Programme – ideally using HyperMill
  • Operate CNC milling machinery, fixtures and fittings, preferably in a highly compliant environment working to tight tolerances
  • Use manual measuring equipment and competently read manufacturing drawings
  • Operate Mazak 5 Axis milling machinery would be an advantage
