We are seeking a skilled Section Setter/Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating various machines, including Press Brake, Laser Cutters, Laser Markers, and CNC grinders. This role involves working within a busy engineering environment to produce high-quality products using both CNC grinding machines and manual processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate machines such as Press Brake, Laser Cutters, Laser Markers, and CNC grinders.
  • Perform manual processes to remove burrs, protrusions, and other imperfections from products.
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in operating CNC grinders and other related machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
