Location: Tewkesbury
Salary: 16.00 - 17.50 per hour
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Mill/Turn Setter/Operator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading aerospace company, where you will be responsible for producing high-precision turned components.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Setting and operating CNC Mill/Turn Lathe machines with FANUC control systems to produce turned components to customer drawings and specifications.
  • Inspecting your own work to ensure it meets drawing and SPC requirements.
  • Maintaining a high standard of engineering ability and producing high-quality components.
  • Keeping your work area clean and organised in line with 5C/5S standards.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Completed a recognised apprenticeship in mechanical engineering.
  • Proven experience and high standards in CNC mill/turn setting and operation.
  • A working knowledge of Nakamura machines with bar feed is an advantage but not essential.
  • Solid experience with FANUC controls, particularly in the aerospace industry.
