Site Supervisor (Groundworks)

Location: Tewkesbury, UK

Duration: 3 Months

Rate: 280-330 per day

We're seeking a seasoned Site Supervisor with a strong background in groundworks to join our team for a 3-month assignment in Tewkesbury. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing site operations and overseeing groundworks projects.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Planning and coordinating groundworks activities.
• Managing site resources, including labour and equipment.
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Resolving site issues and challenges promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in groundworks.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• First Aid and Fire Marshall qualifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
