A leading industrial and commercial roofing and cladding contractor are looking to recruit a Contracts Supervisor to work on Nationwide projects. Ideally being based in the Midlands would be useful as the head office is in TewkesburyThis is an exciting time for a Contracts Supervisor to join a successful team.The role:Contracts Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision and running of all site activities on individual large contracts or multiple small contracts. They will manage the day to day operations of the projects and ensure that we are working safely, efficiently, in line with the project design, programme and regulations.Responsibilities include management and supervision operatives, quality assurance and compliance of installations, control and management of plant and liaising with clients to ensure contracts are undertaken on time, safely and to the best quality standards.ResponsibilitiesDay to day running of all site activities on a large contract or multiple smaller contracts. Responsibilities include control and management of operatives, quality assurance and compliance of installations, control and management of plant, project reporting and statutory checks, liaising with client site personnel to ensure contracts are undertaken on time, safely and to the best quality standards. The Company:An industrial and commercial roofing and cladding subcontractor. The company works throughout the UK, currently with the majority of work through West & East Midlands, South West Severn Region, South Wales, Oxford & Thames Valley, Anglia, Yorks & Humber. The Person:Preferably experience in this role within the industrial and commercial roofing and cladding sector, SSSTS/ SMSTS qualified, NVQ to site supervisor level, CSCS, CPCS, Lift Ops Supervisor IPAF, PASMA, Roofing & Cladding System Training. Must be able to clearly and professionally communicate with all people including labour, senior site management and clients.
