A leading industrial and commercial roofing and cladding contractor are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to work on Nationwide projects. Ideally being based in the Midlands would be useful as the head office is in Tewkesbury
This is an exciting time for a Contracts Manager to join a successful team.
The role:
Contracts Manager will be responsible for the overall management and running of all site activities on multiple contracts.
They will manage the long term and day to day operations of the projects and ensure that we are working safely, efficiently, in line with the project design, programme and regulations.
The job holder will be the main contact between the site and office and the main point of contact for projects that they manage, therefore, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail is essential.
Responsibilities include preparing site documentation including RAMS, H&S Paperwork, Drawings and ITPs for distribution and communication to the site supervisors and teams contact and management of contracts supervisors and operatives, commercial control and management of the projects, implementing ITPs quality assurance and compliance of installations, control and management of plant and liaising with clients to ensure contracts are undertaken on time, safely and to the best quality standards.
All elements of the projects and personnel involved will need to be efficiently managed through the various stages of secured projects such as programming, design, procurement, site establishment, installation, hand over, practical completion and after care requirements.

The Company:
An industrial and commercial roofing and cladding subcontractor. The company works throughout the UK, currently with the majority of work through West & East Midlands, South West Severn Region, South Wales, Oxford & Thames Valley, Anglia, Yorks & Humber.
The Person:
Preferably experience in this role within the industrial and commercial roofing and cladding sector, SMSTS qualified, NVQ to project or construction manager level, CSCS, CPCS, H&S Training Qualifications, Roofing & Cladding System Training. Must be able to clearly and professionally communicate with all people including labour, senior site management and clients.
