Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a dynamic and friendly company who are growing within there industry and are looking for a credit control and finance administrator to joint here friendly team

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with experience within credit control but also supporting with general finance administration

Day to Day:

  • Ensure that customers pay outstanding balances in line with their agreed credit terms
  • Report forecast cash receipts and identified payment issues in a timely manner
  • Monitoring of credit insurance declarations and producing the quarterly credit insurance submission
  • Work with the shared service payables team in Hungary
  • Monitoring and reporting of key KPIs such as Days Sales Outstanding and Average Delinquency Days
  • Calculating sales rebates due to customers and processing the credit note
  • Reviewing and completing customer credit applications ensuring that they are approved and have appropriate supporting documentation
  • Assisting the external auditors with any queries or documentation they need with regards to accounts receivable
  • Identify efficiencies and innovative solutions which will streamline procedures and procedures, both within the department and across the wider business

Experience and Requirements:

  • Previous accounts receivable/credit control function experience is essential
  • Experience working within a Finance team and finance related tasks
  • Basic understanding of financial ratios and credit reports
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Experience of SAP is desirable
  • Basic understanding of VAT
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Full competence in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Use of English both orally and in writing
  • Confident with an outgoing personality
  • Can self-motivate, prioritise and manage your own workload
  • Confidence to chase outstanding debts either by phone or email
