Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls, post, and emails
  • Validating complaints and resolving issues promptly and efficiently, seeking guidance when necessary.
  • Coordinating customer care technicians, suppliers, and engineers to resolve issues and schedule appointments.
  • Ensuring work is carried out to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Updating and maintaining records
  • Bringing persistent faults to the attention of your Manager
  • Categorising works effectively to minimise costs.
  • Developing an understanding of the Reporting Process and assisting with defect logging when required.
  • Processing reports
  • Attending necessary meetings to support job performance.
  • Complying with and upholding company policies and procedures.
  • Undertaking any additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
