Academics Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Tewkesbury. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about supporting children's learning and development across Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2. You will play a vital role in helping students thrive and reach their full potential during these important early years of education.

- Full Time (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
- Term Time Only
- Clear DBS (or willingness to apply)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to students.
- Provide tailored support to children with additional needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
- Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment that promotes growth and development.
- Assist students individually or in small groups, offering extra support where needed.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a focused and respectful learning atmosphere.
