Must Have’s

  • Previous project management experience ideally within the Events sector
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and leadership skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills - especially Excel
  • Confident managing budgets, project scope, and timelines
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines
  • Full UK driving licence and valid passport
  • Willingness to work weekends and stay overnight when required

Nice to Have’s

  • Health & Safety or Project Management qualifications
  • Knowledge of legal and ISO requirements in an events environment
  • Background in AV, IT, temporary networks, or production
  • Familiarity with crew logistics, accommodation booking, and transport planning

So what will you be doing?

  • Leading full-cycle event project management - from planning to on-site delivery
  • Scheduling, assigning, and overseeing crew, logistics, and resources
  • Managing client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinating transport, accommodation, and freight - including international logistics
  • Controlling project budgets, analysing profitability, and reporting GPM margins
  • Running post-show reviews on efficiency, cost control, and quality of delivery
  • Ensuring all Health & Safety processes are followed and documented
  • Promoting sustainable working practices across all departments

  • Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (1-hour lunch)
