Job description
365 people are recruiting for client based in Tewkesbury for Production Operatives. The company manufactures and supplies products of the highest quality standards.
The Role & Responsibilities:
Pouring measured amounts of resin-based liquids into moulds
Capping filled moulds right way to achieve proper curing
Removing caps from finished moulds
Inspecting product quality to the highest standard
Trimming completed products and drilling holes
Repairing products where required
Using automated machinery to wrap and pack customer ready goods
Jobs will be rotated throughout the shift to provide fair and various jobs skills
Other general warehouse duties involved.
Possibly some heavy lifting, majority is done by machines, repetitive manual handing
The ideal Production Operative will be reliable and have a good attitude to work.
Previous experience as a Production Operative is ideal, however full training is provided, and you will have to pass an on-site induction.
Rotating shifts:
6.00 14.00 Monday to Friday
14.00 00.00 Monday to Thursday plus shift allowance
Overtime after 40 hours, attendance and productivity bonus weekly
£11.44 per hour
£20 afternoon shift allowance per week
£10 attendance bonus *terms apply
