About Company:

A specialist construction contractor in project management, design and installation of insulated cladding, roofing, Fire compartment walls, data store chambers and · Maintenance & repairs of building structures.

About Role: 

  • Processing purchase invoices for suppliers and subcontractors 
  • Liaise with Contracts Team to ensure timely invoice approval
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Processing mid-month and month end payment runs
  • Enter payments on to accounting software
  • CIS submissions to HMRC
  • Month end processes i.e. Reconciling supplier accounts
  • General accounts admin
  • Answering calls to the business and assist clients and suppliers as required
  • Filing all approved & issued invoices, electronically

Candidate profile:

  • Previous accounts and administration experience
  • Competent IT skills in Sage, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Attention to detail & Self driven
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to multitask and be pro-active
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • SAGE 200 experience
  • SAGE 200 Construction experience would be an advantage but not essential

AAT would be beneficial. 

Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday (one hour lunch)
