About Role:
- Processing purchase invoices for suppliers and subcontractors
- Liaise with Contracts Team to ensure timely invoice approval
- Raising purchase orders
- Processing mid-month and month end payment runs
- Enter payments on to accounting software
- CIS submissions to HMRC
- Month end processes i.e. Reconciling supplier accounts
- General accounts admin
- Answering calls to the business and assist clients and suppliers as required
- Filing all approved & issued invoices, electronically
Candidate profile:
- Previous accounts and administration experience
- Competent IT skills in Sage, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail & Self driven
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to multitask and be pro-active
- Excellent organisational skills
- SAGE 200 experience
- SAGE 200 Construction experience would be an advantage but not essential
AAT would be beneficial.
Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday (one hour lunch)
