Manage financial controls and process improvements, identifying areas for optimisation.? Provide financial analysis to support key business decisions.? Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and audit processes.? Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. What We’re Looking For:?? Strong technical finance experience, particularly in month-end reporting and controls.?? A problem-solver who can translate complex financial data into actionable insights.?? Excellent communication skills – able to engage with stakeholders across the business.?? Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems.??
