Counterbalance Forklift Driver

365 People Ltd is acting as an employment business.

We are recruiting forcounterbalance drivers at Tewkesbury.

You will assist to load and unload stock ready for distribution. These will be a variety of dairy products in a chilled environment.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking driver to join our team. As a Counterbalance driver, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the efficient operation of the warehouse. This includes loading and unloading products, managing inventory, and operating warehouse equipment such as counter-balance track.

Required Skills:
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift objects (up to 14KG)
- Knowledge of materials handling techniques and best practices
- Experience operating hand counterbalance track or other warehouse equipment
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, and operating instructions

Valid Counter balance license required

Location: Tewkesbury

Pay Rate: £12.60 p/h a

Overtime over 40 hours ££15.75 p/h

Temporary ongoing contract with permanent opportunity

Shifts are rotating weekly as below:

Monday to Friday

7am 4.30 pm and following week 9am 6.30 pm

Saturday

7am 3 pm

Second option:

Mon Sat 5:00am 1:30pm and 6:00am till 2:30pm and 7:00am till 3:30pm

( one day rest day in the week, working Saturdays as per your rota)

This job is a temporary role to a permanent after 12 weeks for right candidates.
