Join a prominent distributor as a Forklift Driver. Based in Tewkesbury, you will play a crucial role in their logistics operations, ensuring the safe and efficient handling and transportation of goods within their warehouse and loading areas.
Day-to-day of the role:- Operate counterbalance forklifts to safely and efficiently transport goods.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment.
- Adhere to strict food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Use advanced electric forklifts equipped with modern safety and operational features.
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (renewed within the last 3 years).
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Professional communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Experience in a logistics or warehouse setting; experience in food production is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to the Tewkesbury site, as shift times may not align with public transport schedules.
