Seeking a confident and motivated Administrator to support the operations team in Tewkesbury and some reception cover for the Worcester branch (twice per week averagely). This is for a 9-month maternity cover although could be extended.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the business
  • Answer incoming enquiries via phone and email, forwarding as needed
  • Welcome and assist visitors, providing reception cover twice a week
  • Maintain office supplies and meeting refreshments.
  • Format and process documentation for claims

The Person

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experienced in handling customer enquiries professionally.
  • Enjoy problem solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (A*-C).

Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum, depending on experience.
