Ecommerce / Sales Administrator - About the role.

Working from our beautiful showroom in the Cotswolds 5 days a week.

As an Ecommerce / Sales Administrator, you will:
  • Create engaging social content for our social channels that is personal to our brands and showroom.
  • Work with our marketing manager on the creation of weekly marketing emails using photoshop and Klavio for both our retail and wholesale customers.
  • Liaise with suppliers to receive up to date and accurate product data to add new products to our ERP system and Magento website. Resize photos for online distribution. Create upsell relationships following best practice for digital product merchandising. Ensure all relevant data is provided for SEO and optimal user experience working in collaboration with Marketing and Senior Management.
  • Update prices when there is a price increase.
  • Update product attributes, images etc when new information becomes available from suppliers.
  • Update systems with product discontinuations and liaise with sales / marketing teams accordingly.
  • Ensure all products not on the website are scheduled for upload.
  • Make recommendations to streamline internal processes.
  • Work with our digital marketing team to ensure timely and accurate information is available across all channels.
Ecommerce / Sales Administrator - About you
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Degree educated 2.1 or above.
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong administration ability
  • An interest in interior design and home furnishing
